We appreciate your participation in our event and hope you will share this information with other military and civilian reenactment organizations. If your unit has never participated in our event before, please give us a call before sending in registration.
Please print and mail the completed Registration form with your check made payable to Pennypacker Mills to the address below. We also ask that you complete the appropriate Muster Roll. The Participant Release Forms may also be included with your Registration reply, or may be completed at registration when each reenactor arrives. The early registration fee is $2 per person due by May 1st. Late registration is $10 per person.
If your event coordinator is new for 2015, we ask that you forward this information to the new person.
We are planning another exciting event with outstanding military battles each day, demonstration of civilian life in the encampment area, artillery demonstrations each day, the "Be a Soldier Kid Enlistment Program" on both days, "Songs & Stories of the Civil War" with musician Matthew Dodd on Saturday, and attend our "Meet the Ladies" and "Meet the Generals" presentations on both days of the event.
Please remember that we provide FREE firewood. The Ash borers, Asian long-horned beetles and gypsy moths lay eggs in the bark and wood of trees and when brought onsite, can infect our healthy trees. You are welcome to use as much firewood as you need.
We also provide FREE ice and straw, and encourage you to come down to the mansion on Saturday after dinner for a slice of delicious cake as our thank you for attending the event.
